Wedding signage isn’t just where people sit or what they’re eating. It’s the quiet guide of your entire celebration. The first impression at your welcome table, the moment guests find their seat, and every small detail that keeps the day flowing smoothly.

Every piece is intentionally designed to work together. Not a collection of random pretty things but a cohesive visual story that feels calm, thoughtful, and completely you.

Because when everything is aligned, you don’t just have beautiful signage… you have a wedding day that feels effortless.

CUSTOM WEDDING SIGNAGE + DAY-OF DETAILS

Your wedding signage should feel like it belongs together, not like pieces collected from five different places.

I design fully custom stationery details including:

  • Wedding welcome signs
  • Seating charts + escort card displays
  • Table numbers
  • Menus
  • Bar signage
  • Unplugged ceremony signs
  • Reserved seating signage
  • Statement signage pieces
  • Specialty detail pieces (because I love a good creative moment)

We also offer a curated collection of rental items to elevate your details without the extra hassle.

"Kelli’s work is truly beyond amazing and anything we could have ever dreamed of. Her ability to take our vision and bring it to life was incredible. After meeting with her she was able to create incredible mockups online of what everything would look like but seeing it in real life was beyond anything we could have imagined. We still dream about our seating chart, talk about our welcome sign and my Husband still has our bar signs up in his office. Our name tags and table numbers came out better than we could have visioned, and all our guests loved them and talk about them to this day. Every piece she created was beautifully made, told our story, and capture our wedding vision perfectly. Kelli was a dream to work with and we will recommend her to anyone a thousand times over."

Investment

Custom wedding signage and day-of details are an investment in the overall experience of your wedding not just individual pieces.

Most couples investing in full signage and cohesive day-of design typically spend between $3,200–$6,200, depending on scope, materials, and level of customization.

Every custom signage experience includes:
  • Custom design tailored to your wedding aesthetic
  • Design guidance so you know exactly what signage you actually need (and what you don’t)
  • Proofing and refinements to ensure everything feels exactly right before production
  • On-site setup and styling for signage and display pieces on your wedding day (when applicable/local events)
  • Coordination with your planner or vendor team

If you’re unsure what you need yet…

That’s completely normal. Most couples don’t know exactly what signage they need at first, that’s part of what I help you figure out.

Mockups and previews let you see your wedding details come to life before the final creation.

Once your designs are finalized, everything moves into production with care and attention to detail. This is where your pieces are printed, crafted, and prepared to become part of your wedding day.

We refine your style, signage needs, and overall aesthetic so everything aligns visually.

Frequently
Asked Questions

Questions You Might Have

Do I REALLY need wedding signage for my wedding?

Not technically but most couples find it essential for both guest experience and overall design cohesion. Wedding signage helps guide guests through your event, from arrival to seating to reception flow, while also tying your invitation suite and wedding design together in a meaningful way. Think of it less as “extra décor” and more as the visual language your guests actually move through during your wedding day.

Trust me, you don't want to see how a plated dinner with no seating chart or escort cards will go!

What wedding signage do I actually need?

This depends on your venue, guest count, and layout—but most weddings include a combination of:
  • Welcome signage
  • Seating chart or escort card display
  • Table numbers
  • Menus
  • Bar signage
I'll help guide you through exactly what makes sense for your space so you’re not over-ordering, under-planning, or guessing your way through it.

How far in advance should I book wedding signage?

For custom signage and full-day-of design, I recommend booking 4–6 months before your wedding date.

This allows enough time for:
  • design development
  • revisions and approvals
  • production and material sourcing
  • coordination with your planner or vendor team

For peak wedding seasons (April, May, September, October), earlier is always better as availability becomes limited.

What areas do you serve?

I work with couples throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia, with select travel opportunities available depending on scope and design needs.

If you’re outside the area, feel free to inquire. Many signage elements can still be designed and shipped depending on the project.

Can you work with our planner or venue?

Absolutely. I love collaborating with planners, venues, and creative teams to make sure every detail comes together smoothly. If you are working with a planner or coordinator, I am happy to communicate directly with them regarding timelines, setup needs, delivery details, and any design specifications.
