"Kelli’s work is truly beyond amazing and anything we could have ever dreamed of. Her ability to take our vision and bring it to life was incredible. After meeting with her she was able to create incredible mockups online of what everything would look like but seeing it in real life was beyond anything we could have imagined. We still dream about our seating chart, talk about our welcome sign and my Husband still has our bar signs up in his office. Our name tags and table numbers came out better than we could have visioned, and all our guests loved them and talk about them to this day. Every piece she created was beautifully made, told our story, and capture our wedding vision perfectly. Kelli was a dream to work with and we will recommend her to anyone a thousand times over."

Custom-built statement pieces designed to set the tone for your day. From seating charts and welcome signs to bar menus and installation moments, I design and create large-scale signage that feels cohesive, intentional, and completely aligned with your event — all while handling the details for you.
Our Day-of Signage helps couples create a seamless, polished, and welcoming experience for their guests. It’s perfect for those who want thoughtful personal touches, a cohesive look, and stress-free details that let them enjoy their celebration without last-minute chaos.
We also offer a curated collection of rental items to elevate your details without the extra hassle.
What is considered day-of stationery and signage?
Day-of details include items used at your wedding to guide and delight your guests — like welcome signs, seating charts, place cards, table numbers, menus, bar signs, favor tags, and other custom paper or display pieces.
When should we book signage and day-of items?
Most couples book 3–6 months before the wedding. If your invitations are already complete, reaching out around the RSVP deadline is a great time to begin planning your day-of details.
Do we have to book invitations with you to order signage?
Not at all! While many couples love the cohesive look of working together on both, I happily create day-of details for couples who already have their invitations.
What materials do you offer for signage?
Common options include acrylic, handmade paper, cardstock, mirrors, wood, and more. If you have something unique in mind, I’m always happy to explore custom materials.
Can you work with our planner or venue?
Absolutely. I love collaborating with planners, venues, and creative teams to make sure every detail comes together smoothly. If you are working with a planner or coordinator, I am happy to communicate directly with them regarding timelines, setup needs, delivery details, and any design specifications.
