Back to the Blog! Wedding Calligraphy, Beautiful Signs and More

Hi lovelies, it has been quite a while since I have caught up on my blog things, but it has been anything but slow for Swirls and Script! It has been a growing season and I am so thankful for all of your support, orders and following along. I wouldn't be here without all the love you guys show me!

While summer is always special with the kids out of school, beach trips and attempting to take things "a bit slower" I was able to be a special part in a beautiful wedding at 701 Whaley in June. Emma and John David were such a sweet couple and I couldn't have loved their vision more. I also couldn't help but feel a little biased toward their decision to use 701 Whaley for the reception as I was married there 10 years ago.

Emma was such a precious bride with an infectious brightness to her. Her ideas for details and decor were absolutely dreamy and I was so lucky to take part of bringing that vision to life.We added gold touches throughout the venue with as well as scrolled place cards and table numbers with gold Calligraphy. Working with her planner, Ashley at Hamilton Events, was an a breeze and she put together some amazing vendors to make for a STUNNING wedding day. Every detail came together just perfectly to make the magic happen. I love working with all of the vendors but especially making special pieces throughout the wedding. Soulshine Photo + Film caught some gorgeous photos of the entire day and made sure to capture every detail!

I hope you all stay tuned as I plan to blog a lot more about fun things happening with Swirls and Script, fun events happening and more!

All the Details:

Venue: First Presbyterian Church & 701 Whaley

Catering/Deserts: Seawell's Catering, Baunilah Bean, + Publix
